What you will do
- Act as a core team member in VA/VE workshops and bridge the gap between Controlling and Commercial Planning.
- Own all VA/VE-related controlling topics end-to-end and coordinate with plant controlling.
- Contribute to the generation, escalation, and implementation of cost-reduction initiatives.
- Report VA/VE measures within relevant corporate systems and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
- Identify and implement new requirements, technologies, and tools for financial analysis.
- Participate in special projects within Product Controlling or EU Controlling.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (Finance/Controlling) or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Controlling.
- Strong expertise in product costing, portfolio analysis, and project controlling.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in German.
