What you will do

• Design and develop backend features using PHP and Laravel.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Tech and the engineering team.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Ensure high code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on coding experience with PHP and modern backend development.
• Solid experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and database design principles.
• Experience with integrations involving third-party systems and external services.
• English: Advanced level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse management systems.
• Background in fast-paced product environments.
