What you will do
- Maintain the outlet master file for US production on a daily basis.
- Gather, validate, and update outlet reference records using information from multiple sources.
- Bridge outlet sales recycles to the database and respond to outlet-related queries.
- Support client-specific projects with varying business rules and requirements.
- Maintain work allocation sheets containing project-specific client details.
- Escalate issues to the project, team, or operational lead as appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or technology field.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Customer focus, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under time constraints and with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
