What you will do

• Analyze market trends and conduct research on equity and debt capital markets across Europe.
• Perform competitive benchmarking and draft updates for senior management.
• Create actionable business intelligence to support international sales teams.
• Develop content and know-how on specific sectors and topics to enhance team research capacities.
• Support the launch and development of new services and initiatives for listed companies.
• Participate in the design and execution of the IPOready programme for private companies.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a university, business, or engineering school.
• Initial experience in finance or consulting.
• English and French: C1+ proficiency required for oral and written communication.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of equity and debt capital markets principles.
• Must be based in Madrid for the duration of the VIE programme.

Nice to have

• Experience with FactSet, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg.
• Additional language skills.
