Primary Markets Analyst (Finance): Conducting research and market analysis on equity and debt capital markets to support business development and IPO initiatives with an accent on competitive benchmarking and actionable business intelligence. Focus on supporting the IPOready programme and assisting strategic projects to drive the growth of capital market services.
Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain

What you will do
- Analyze market trends and conduct research on equity and debt capital markets across Europe.
- Perform competitive benchmarking and draft updates for senior management.
- Create actionable business intelligence to support international sales teams.
- Develop content and know-how on specific sectors and topics to enhance team research capacities.
- Support the launch and development of new services and initiatives for listed companies.
- Participate in the design and execution of the IPOready programme for private companies.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from a university, business, or engineering school.
- Initial experience in finance or consulting.
- English and French: C1+ proficiency required for oral and written communication.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of equity and debt capital markets principles.
- Must be based in Madrid for the duration of the VIE programme.
Nice to have
- Experience with FactSet, Refinitiv, or Bloomberg.
- Additional language skills.
