What you will do

• Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative automation.
• Manage application health, stability, and proactive monitoring across multiple client orgs.
• Diagnose and resolve Salesforce-related incidents and defects within agreed SLAs.
• Support data management, including data loads, quality fixes, and integration maintenance.
• Collaborate with Architects, MuleSoft developers, and QA engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews to share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines or Queensland (Australia).
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in consulting or managed services.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications are required.
• Experience working with SLAs and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Consumer Goods, or Data Cloud.
• Additional relevant Salesforce consultant certifications.
