What you will do

• Maintain and continuously improve Workday Adaptive Planning, including planning models and reporting structures.
• Partner with FP&A, Finance Systems, and technical teams to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Ensure accurate data flow and integration reliability between Workday Adaptive Planning, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement automation enhancements across finance systems.
• Provide guidance and support to finance stakeholders on system logic and data dependencies.
• Execute testing for system updates and maintain comprehensive process documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Workday Adaptive Planning administrator.
• Proven track record in implementation or major enhancement projects within Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience managing finance systems integrations and data flows.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• English: Excellent verbal communication skills required

Nice to have

• Russian language proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools.
• Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
• Experience in finance process automation.
