What you will do

• Lead the Security Operations function across production and corporate environments.
• Own security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response processes.
• Build and continuously improve SIEM, detection rules, alerting, and security automation.
• Drive cloud security initiatives across AWS, Kubernetes, IAM, and networking.
• Coordinate external penetration tests, red team exercises, and manage security tooling (EDR, CSPM).
• Support and maintain compliance programs including PCI DSS, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years leading SecOps or Security Engineering teams.
• Strong experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Wazuh, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.).
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust, and vulnerability management.
• Experience leading security incident response and forensic investigations.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or GDPR regulatory frameworks.
