What you will do

• Design and implement security infrastructure across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network environments.
• Act as a service owner for security platforms, ensuring lifecycle management and operational health.
• Develop automation for repeatable security tasks using scripting and API integrations.
• Analyze system performance and security telemetry to tune alerts and improve detection capabilities.
• Provide advanced tier 1-3 support and serve as a senior escalation point for security incidents.
• Mentor team members and contribute to security architecture standards and technical strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in security engineering, operations, or infrastructure security.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud security (Azure, AWS) and identity management (Entra ID).
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and network security controls.
• Ability to document technical designs and communicate risks to stakeholders clearly.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or GIAC.
• Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
