What you will do

• Drive secure-by-default patterns across the organization using reusable libraries, templates, and paved-road workflows.
• Lead practical threat modeling for new product capabilities and translate findings into engineering actions.
• Define and integrate the security tooling strategy for application security, cloud security, and detection.
• Improve software supply chain security across build systems, dependencies, container images, and deployment processes.
• Design and operate security automation for identity and access management (IAM), secrets management, and policy enforcement.
• Own hands-on incident response, including triage, root cause analysis, and remediation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software, infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, or DevOps in production SaaS environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, platform security, or cloud security.
• Strong hands-on experience securing cloud-native environments on AWS.
• Ability to write code for automation and tooling using Python, Go, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Strong experience with IAM, secrets handling, key management, and least-privilege design.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
