What you will do

• Convert fuzzy business ideas into clear problem statements, assumptions, and success metrics.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate GenAI systems, including baseline comparisons and error analysis.
• Build GenAI prototypes and production-ready components using modern development practices.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, limitations, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine AI solutions and iterate quickly.

Requirements

• Experience as a data scientist with a strong background in applied machine learning.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments through exploration and experimentation.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London.
