Salary: $80,000 - $140,000

What you will do

• Design and document structured content models and metadata frameworks to enable scalable creation and reuse.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering partners on content consumption, rendering, and API integration.
• Lead the integration of content across print and digital workflows to ensure a unified user experience.
• Contribute to the long-term content architecture strategy for the Authentic Work Platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content infrastructure with product and user goals.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience designing structured content or data models for digital products.
• Expertise in XML/DITA systems within production-scale, user-facing environments.
• Experience with enterprise CMS (e.g., Drupal, XDocs), including authoring workflows and metadata structures.
• Technical fluency in debugging delivery APIs, scripting transformations, and analyzing markup.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading content system migrations or large-scale model redesigns.
• Ability to apply content architecture to support personalization and AI-readiness.
• Experience collaborating on shared tooling, such as reusable components and content validation.
