Consultant

Location: Hybrid; colleagues are expected to work in their local office or onsite with clients at least three days per week.

What you will do

• Manage the execution of individual project workstreams.
• Develop hypotheses, collect data, build models, conduct analyses, and perform primary and secondary research.
• Address information limitations creatively and surface actionable insights.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss them with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partners with accurate, high-quality project delivery and report to Engagement Managers and Principals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or telecommunications is preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Strong strategic problem-solving ability and demonstrable analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese are required. An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program and willingness to travel are also required.
