What you will do

• Prepare compounded sterile products using aseptic techniques and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure strict compliance with the State Board of Pharmacy rules and other regulatory agencies.
• Review orders and prescriptions for accurate admixing and dispensing.
• Supervise and review the work of IV technicians and interns for accuracy and compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and manage pharmacy inventory.
• Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Program and perform quality control functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or PharmD.
• 4+ years of related professional experience.
• Valid Washington Pharmacist license issued by the Pharmacy state board.
• Applicable industry or professional certification.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules and provide on-call coverage as needed.
