What you will do

• Lead regional strategy and execution for virtual and in-person experiential marketing programs for highly qualified prospects.
• Partner with Sales Operations and leadership to enable the salesforce and maximize program success.
• Act as a regional center of excellence by adapting program strategies, leading sales training, and developing communications.
• Collaborate with integrated and digital marketing teams to create seamless pre-event, onsite, and post-event experiences.
• Execute a portfolio of events based on global playbooks while acting as the primary point of contact for the region.
• Analyze program performance and report on trends to continuously innovate the prospect experience.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business, project management, or marketing.
• Proven track record of partnering with, coaching, and enabling sales organizations.
• Experience executing multiple highly complex or strategic programs and activities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various levels.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.
