Salary: $84,000 – $144,900

What you will do

• Support IAM delivery across all onboarding phases, including discovery, design, build, UAT, and go-live.
• Translate client requirements into access models, workflows, and RBAC mappings.
• Design and support access request workflows through ServiceNow.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and rehire.
• Develop automation to reduce manual provisioning effort and improve operational scalability.
• Maintain audit evidence and support operational reporting for access-related activities.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, or related technology functions.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and least-privilege principles.
• Proficiency with APIs, scripting, and automation tools.
• Understanding of SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Must be based in the USA and willing to travel for business needs.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting client onboarding or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Background in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and cloud identity solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Security+, ITIL, CISSP, or CISM.
