Salary: $136,290 – $192,410 USD (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do

• Build automation workflows to streamline provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance.
• Define and implement IAM security posture improvements, including business process strategy and entitlement management.
• Manage the IAM environment, covering Access Groups, Service Accounts, Sandbox access, and API configurations.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits of systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate complex IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC) to diverse stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity systems in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of IT experience, with 2–3 years specifically as an Okta administrator and/or architect.
• Expert knowledge of Okta Identity Cloud, Okta Workflows, and Okta API Access Management.
• Proficiency in integrating Okta solutions with HR systems, finance systems, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration and automation tooling (e.g., GAM).
• Hands-on experience with MFA, Security Tokens, OAuth, AWS, and Atlassian.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States (no immigration sponsorship available).

• Okta Certified Administrator.
