What you will do

• Design high-performing email campaigns, automated lifecycle flows, and retention assets for ecommerce brands.
• Create conversion-focused creative solutions aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Develop email concepts, layouts, and visual systems to support customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and copywriters to deliver projects on time and according to scope.
• Produce motion-based elements, GIFs, and lightweight animations to enhance engagement.
• Provide design feedback and recommend improvements for creative workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience, ideally with ecommerce, DTC brands, or agency clients.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and motion design tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Proven track record of designing for email marketing and lifecycle retention programs.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required.
• Must be available to collaborate during 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
