What you will do

• Define and supervise the end-to-end creative execution of all visual assets across paid media, web, social, and PR.
• Own and evolve the brand book, ensuring strict design governance across the company.
• Directly manage the Brand Graphic Designer and provide creative direction to web and performance designers.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Communications team to ensure premium storytelling.
• Partner with the Head of Product Design to align marketing design language with the product ecosystem.
• Mentor the design team to elevate craft, run critiques, and push creative boundaries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience in high-growth brands, agencies, or tech ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring junior-to-midweight designers.
• World-class portfolio demonstrating mastery of brand identity, typography, layout, and multi-channel campaigns.
• Active experimentation with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) for creative workflows.
• Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Advanced English level is required.
