What you will do

• Create and execute high-fidelity visual designs and concepts, including typography, composition, and branding across various platforms and viewports.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and brand artifacts to visualize the intended user experience.
• Build working prototypes and motion designs using Figma and AI-powered tools.
• Champion and integrate new AI practices, design methodologies, and trends into the professional workflow.
• Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers to solve complex client business needs.
• Mentor junior designers to help build and sustain a dynamic design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agency or studio experience designing digital experiences across various industries.
• Proven excellence in designing brand and systematic design experiences across multiple channels.
• Fluency in English for verbal communication and presentations to North American team members and clients.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and AI tools, including image generators and Figma-related AI plugins.
• Based in Colombia.
• Strong strategic thinking, presentation skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
