What you will do

• Lead workstreams across platform strategy, IT strategy, and operating model design.
• Facilitate alignment workshops with CIO, CTO, and CISO leadership.
• Develop board-ready roadmaps and investment cases tied to measurable value.
• Integrate AI enablement into enterprise platform and operating model strategies.
• Translate technical architecture constraints into practical delivery sequences.
• Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or management consulting.
• Strong expertise in platform strategy, enterprise architecture, and transformation roadmaps.
• Fluency in the AI landscape and ability to design practical enablement guardrails.
• Proven experience embedding scaled Agile and Product Management practices in complex organizations.
• Expertise in designing Agile Value Stream operating models.
• Relevant certifications in Lean-Agile transformation (e.g., SAFe, DAD, LeSS, ICAgile), with SAFe SPC preferred.
