What you will do

• Serve as the primary support resource for Systematics Savings Time (CDs & IRAs) and IMPACS (DDAs) applications.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve application issues.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to research data and support business requests.
• Create operational and management reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Coordinate application releases, patches, upgrades, and production deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Technical Analysis, Data Analytics, Banking Operations, or Application Support.
• Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and RDBMS tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Systematics Savings Time, IMPACS, or similar core banking/deposit systems.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, deposit servicing, and account processing (CDs, IRAs, DDAs).
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Familiarity with application integrations, data flows, and system interfaces.
