What you will do

• Perform remote and on-site software installations for banking clients.
• Analyze customer systems and map existing workflows to hirify.global products.
• Configure software parameters and train customers on application functionality.
• Communicate client needs and technical issues to internal teams and project managers.
• Assist in data conversion validation and transaction processing analysis.
• Mentor and provide training to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a bank or credit union.
• Minimum 2 years of item processing experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations, including weekends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside within 70 miles of specified office locations.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL querying.
