What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end setup, configuration, and implementation of the Impact SaaS application for clients.
• Configure platform functionality to support Collateral in Lieu and Sponsored GC.
• Translate client operational and financing requirements into technical system configurations.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to manage onboarding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide deep subject matter expertise in repo processing and accounting during implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with the Impact application is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in repo processing.
• Strong proficiency in repo accounting.
• Proven experience in application configuration and client onboarding activities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex operational problems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Sponsored programs or related clearing initiatives.
• Knowledge of U.S. Treasury Clearing market structure and processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementation environments and configuration models.
