What you will do

• Own the technical vision and system architecture for the new Identity Graph platform.
• Design and maintain high-performance read models for real-time risk decisioning.
• Build complex data pipelines for multi-cadence data hydration and batch enrichment.
• Establish production standards for resilience, observability, and secure PII handling.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to drive cross-team alignment and strategy.
• Mentor team members and raise the overall technical bar through collaboration and pairing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building high-scale, mission-critical distributed systems and graph databases.
• Deep expertise in modern programming languages and production-grade codebases.
• Proven track record as a technical anchor leading cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and execute with a bias for action.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and driving technical alignment.
• Must be based in the US and able to work non-standard, on-call rotation hours.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Go, Kubernetes, and DynamoDB.
• Experience with identity resolution or fraud detection systems.
