What you will do

• Design and own the end-to-end global GSI partner framework, including segmentation, tiering, and regional operating models.
• Recruit and mobilize AI-native systems integrators and emerging AI consultancies to accelerate opportunity sourcing.
• Co-build reference architectures, accelerators, and repeatable offerings that integrate the Nebius platform into partner service portfolios.
• Establish commercial models including sell-with, resale, and co-sell motions with defined governance and incentives.
• Develop durable senior-level relationships across GSI sales, HPC, AI/ML, and industry practices.
• Drive joint pipeline and revenue growth through co-sell motions and GSI-influenced pursuits.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure partner management or GSI alliances.
• Deep technical fluency in AI cloud, GPU infrastructure, IaaS/PaaS, Kubernetes, and AI/ML workloads.
• Proven track record of creating repeatable services and offerings with systems integrators.
• Existing dual network of relationships with both strategic GSIs and AI-native SIs.
• Experience scaling global programs and regional structures across multiple geographies.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
