What you will do

• Architect, deploy, and operate scalable AI platforms, distributed training environments, and model serving systems.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies in compute, storage, networking, and orchestration to develop reference designs.
• Lead AI compute infrastructure bring-up and diagnose hardware, firmware, and operating system issues.
• Design and maintain high-performance storage and data pipelines supporting large-scale AI workloads.
• Develop observability and monitoring solutions to optimize workload performance and ensure reliability.
• Implement security-by-design principles, including encryption and identity management, to protect AI workloads and intellectual property.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building AI/GPU clusters.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration tools such as Slurm and Ray.
• Experience with AI frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, with expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
