What you will do

• Build ML platform services with Tier-1 availability and performance characteristics.
• Evolve model serving and feature delivery infrastructure to support continuous experimentation.
• Design and scale training pipelines, real-time inference systems, and feature stores.
• Develop strategic technical vision for model lifecycle management and serving optimization.
• Partner with scientists and product managers to translate research into production-grade capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
• Experience as a mentor or technical lead for an engineering team
• Knowledge of ML frameworks including JAX, PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, Dynamo, TorchXLA, and TensorRT
• Deep understanding of ML and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture and optimization techniques
