What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to capture business rules and policies.
• Translate business needs into formal functional specifications, Use Cases, and detailed system requirements.
• Act as the primary liaison between business program communities and the IT organization to ensure technical solutions meet user needs.
• Document and analyze data requirements and system relationships within a central repository.
• Identify operational risks and technical issues, recommending mitigation strategies and buy-versus-build pathways.
• Manage and track testing efforts across multiple concurrent technology projects.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience utilizing IBM Cúram software.
• 1+ years of experience supporting government IT projects as a business analyst.
• 2+ years of experience working with Medicaid Eligibility programs or healthcare insurance environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or healthcare-related field.
• Ability to pass mandatory state-level background screenings (criminal, credit, and E-Verify).
• High proficiency in written and oral English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of business modeling techniques and graphical process flow software.
• Experience mining laws, regulations, and public policy documents for system requirements.
• Prior experience testing software systems or working with multi-tenant healthcare platforms.
