- Assist patients with billing issue resolution and payment plan setup.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and actions taken in internal systems.
- Track service trends and provide recommendations for issue resolution to supervisors.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate leadership level.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in revenue cycle functions, medical claims processing, or financial counseling.
- Previous service or call center experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
