Location: Must be based in the United States (Hybrid/Remote roles available in Bellevue, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC).

Salary: $216,000 – $332,000 USD (Base salary range varies by US location).

What you will do

• Act as the lead hands-on architect configuring and deploying Alpha platform capabilities within Okta’s internal corporate IAM tenant.
• Lead the architecture and configuration of Okta Platform governance for non-human, autonomous AI workloads.
• Build internal technical deployment blueprints for anti-session hijacking defenses using DBSSO and Chrome DBSC.
• Collaborate with core platform product teams to provide practitioner-level feedback that shapes final platform design.
• Share deployment architectures and technical playbooks through video series, podcasts, and industry presentations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Extensive, practical experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Okta in complex enterprise production environments.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of core protocols including OAuth2/OIDC, SAML, mTLS, JWT, and Model Context Protocol.
• Strong technical understanding of modern identity threat vectors such as AiTM phishing, info-stealer malware, and session hijacking.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex platform configurations into clear technical explanations for peer-to-peer communication.

• Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant.
