What you will do

• Lead post-sales onboarding and deployment across various environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop Python scripts for customer data migration and integration with external commercial tools and platforms.
• Create and document product integration scripts to support platform extensibility and specific customer use cases.
• Conduct solution workshops to identify requirements and shape prescriptive technical strategies.
• Deliver customer training and technical support to troubleshoot issues and ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to communicate technical requirements and pilot new features.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required (position is subject to background checks and drug testing).
• 5+ years of software engineering experience (BS + 10 years or MS + 7 years of relevant experience).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash, and experience with at least one other language (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, TypeScript, C#).
• Hands-on experience with data manipulation (structured/unstructured) and building REST APIs.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally within the cybersecurity or GRC space.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering and resolving complex technical challenges across diverse customer environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience using Python, Go, and Rust in real-world integration or automation scenarios.
