Senior UI Engineer (Swift)

What you will do

• Translate complex UX/UI designs into polished, responsive, and performant Swift/iOS mobile interfaces.
• Implement core app capabilities, including push notification infrastructure, payment gateways (Apple Pay, Stripe), and advanced security protocols.
• Own the release process and maintain build hygiene for the Apple App Store.
• Design and build automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to optimize testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with backend teams on API design and leverage Node.js knowledge for efficient data orchestration.
• Act as the Swift/iOS SME while collaborating across cross-functional mobile stacks including Kotlin or React Native.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile engineering experience with a primary focus on native Swift development.
• Demonstrated experience launching at least 2+ apps on the Apple App Store.
• Deep hands-on experience with SwiftUI and UIKit interop.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and working with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Practical experience with OAuth2/OIDC, PKCE, secure credential storage (Keychain), and certificate pinning.
• Must be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Kotlin (Android) or React Native.
• Working knowledge of mobile accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience with XCTest, XCUITest, and contract testing.
