What you will do

• Own features end-to-end from discovery and technical design to implementation and iteration.
• Drive technical decisions within the squad, balancing UX, performance, security, and time-to-market.
• Improve app reliability, maintainability, and architecture to ensure stability at scale.
• Solve complex challenges involving real-time synchronization and resilience in a modular codebase.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and technical discussions to increase team quality.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with Swift and owning technical decisions.
• Quality-driven approach with experience in XCTest and snapshot testing.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn complex constraints into robust solutions.
• Fluent in English for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• AI-native workflow using AI coding tools daily to amplify output.
