TL;DR

Senior iOS Developer (Swift): Designing and maintaining high-quality iOS applications with an accent on scalable architecture and user-focused features. Focus on integrating mobile apps with backend services and utilizing AI-powered assistants to optimize software delivery.

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm (office 2-3 times per week is a must). Work permit for the European Union region is required.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-focused features end-to-end.
  • Contribute to app architecture decisions and continuously improve performance and code quality.
  • Integrate mobile applications with backend services and handle asynchronous data flows.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Swift and deep understanding of iOS frameworks, SDKs, and design patterns.
  • Strong grasp of app architecture (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture) and performance optimization.
  • Solid experience with asynchronous programming and server communication.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity.
  • Must be based in the EU region and hold a valid work permit.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SwiftUI.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Fastlane.
  • Experience mentoring or onboarding junior developers.
  • Experience applying GenAI and agent-based workflows within the SDLC.
