TL;DR
Senior iOS Developer - Stockholm (Swift/iOS): Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications with an accent on Swift, modern iOS frameworks, scalable architecture, and asynchronous data flows. Focus on integrating mobile applications with backend services, optimizing performance and code quality, and debugging complex production issues while applying AI-powered development assistants.
Location: Poland; hybrid work from the office in Stockholm 2–3 times per week is required. Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
- Deliver scalable, user-focused features with cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to application architecture decisions and improve performance and code quality.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services and manage asynchronous data flows.
- Debug and resolve complex production issues while supporting ongoing improvements.
Requirements
- Work from the Stockholm office 2–3 times per week.
- 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience.
- Advanced Swift proficiency and deep knowledge of iOS frameworks, SDKs, and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous programming, server communication, and production-level troubleshooting.
- Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
Nice to have
- Experience with SwiftUI.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Fastlane, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience mentoring or onboarding junior developers.
- Experience applying GenAI through structured SDLC workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
- Interest in AI-driven development practices, agent-based workflows, and automation patterns.
