What you will do

• Own product features end-to-end, from technical design and implementation to rollout and iteration.
• Drive technical decisions within the squad, balancing UX, performance, and security requirements.
• Improve app architecture, performance, and test strategy to ensure system scalability.
• Solve complex mobile challenges including real-time synchronization and resilience patterns in a modular codebase.
• Mentor peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to increase overall team velocity and quality.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience shipping and maintaining production features with Swift.
• Quality-driven mindset with proficiency in XCTest, snapshot testing, and clean code standards.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in France, Germany, Italy, or Spain.
• Ability to integrate AI coding tools into daily development workflows.
