What you will do

• Design, build, and operate secure, scalable Azure infrastructure for distributed radar systems.
• Develop high-performance backend services for real-time sensor data ingestion and distribution with low latency.
• Define infrastructure as code and automate deployments using modern DevOps practices.
• Own observability, monitoring, and operational readiness to ensure system resiliency in demanding environments.
• Shape the technical direction and architecture of the platform to support scale and maintainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software, hardware, and systems engineers.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen or permanent resident) to access controlled technology.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn new technical domains quickly.
• Experience taking ownership of production services and solving complex distributed systems challenges.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating across multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python and modern backend development.
• Experience with Azure or other major cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, containers, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of real-time data pipelines.
• Ability to work across the stack using TypeScript and React.
