What you will do

• Manage daily trade flow, order management, allocation, and settlement processes to ensure high straight-through processing rates.
• Design and implement robust pre- and post-trade compliance controls to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
• Drive operational transformation by integrating automation, low-code platforms, and AI-driven reconciliation tools.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts and associates.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for portfolio managers, sales, and trading desks to support business growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to global regulatory reporting requirements such as CFTC, SEC, and MiFID II.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in trade operations or middle office within a top-tier investment bank or asset manager.
• Deep understanding of financial instruments including cash equities, fixed income, FX, and complex derivatives.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams through organizational change.
• Proficiency in OMS/EMS platforms and data visualization tools like Tableau or Alteryx.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, or FRM charter.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or robotic process automation (RPA).
