What you will do

• Fill customer orders, receive, stock, and ship materials following strict safety and productivity standards.
• Lead and train warehouse staff and coordinate delivery scheduling and inbound/outbound processes.
• Verify incoming merchandise against packing lists and report freight damage claims.
• Operate warehouse machinery including forklifts, reach trucks, and wire cutting machines.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Mentor and coach junior-level team members to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and basic computer usage.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with high noise, heat, or cold.
