What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational standards, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions to enhance supplier performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier engagements using healthcare-specific policies and root cause analysis.
• Oversee contract renewals, amendments, and terminations while monitoring key terms.
• Collaborate with internal clinical, administrative, and operational teams to align supplier performance with organizational goals.
• Act as the primary escalation point of contact for supplier-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supplier management, procurement, or a related area, preferably within healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and risk assessment skills.
• Must be located in the US (excluding specified states) with a dedicated home office and high-speed, non-cellular internet service.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPM, CPSM).
• Familiarity with specialized procurement software and supplier management systems.
