What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end software test plans.
• Identify and facilitate issue resolution in collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Document and communicate test results and evaluation processes.
• Test alongside DevOps initiatives to support a shift-left testing approach.
• Create training materials and instruct users on software functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Jacksonville, FL
• No visa sponsorship available
• 3-5 years of experience testing in an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in running and debugging automation tests in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Understanding of testing frameworks such as Playwright, Puppeteer, or Jasmine.
• Experience with Jira and X-ray or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite and Supply Chain/Warehousing knowledge.
• Familiarity with WMS systems.
