Senior Product Manager

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap and backlog from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Lead product discovery by translating customer needs, business objectives, operational workflows, and technical constraints into product direction.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for Physical AI and industrial automation solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and align stakeholders across product, engineering, AI, robotics, simulation, and business teams.
• Prioritize backlog items and manage trade-offs to maximize business value while balancing feasibility and scalability.
• Define product success metrics (KPIs) and validation criteria, using data to continuously improve outcomes and support product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience combining Product Management and Business Analysis.
• Experience delivering products in one or more domains: AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems, simulation, digital twins, industrial automation, or manufacturing technology.
• Strong understanding of deploying AI-enabled software in industrial/physical environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, system integration, data pipelines, APIs, and hardware-software interaction.
• Experience defining product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional Scrum teams.
