What you will do

• Own full-cycle event planning from initial concept and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
• Manage vendors, venues, and contractors while maintaining strict timelines.
• Develop creative event concepts that align with the brand identity and avoid generic corporate formats.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and messaging.
• Establish and document repeatable processes to improve event efficiency as the company scales.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event coordination or production, preferably in marketing or brand events.
• Proven track record of owning events end-to-end.
• Strong skills in vendor negotiation and budget management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
