Location: On-site in San Francisco

Salary: $160K – $250K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and own critical external integrations including ATS, mailbox, and SSO.
• Develop integration logic and handle complex edge cases in production.
• Debug synchronization issues and ensure reliable data flow from messy external systems.
• Create scalable patterns for managing complex external dependencies.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and customer workflows.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals and proficiency in coding.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, or third-party integrations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong debugging instincts.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• High ownership and persistence in ambiguous environments.
• Location: Must be based in San Francisco (On-site)

Nice to have

• Experience with ATS or HR tech systems.
• Background in mailbox, identity, or integration-heavy products.
• Experience working in a startup or highly cross-functional technical role.
