What you will do

• Build detailed project plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prioritize work for maximum impact and manage risks with early identification and mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive alignment across technical, account, and partner stakeholders.
• Track progress against milestones, adapt plans as priorities change, and resolve issues to keep delivery on track.
• Ensure SLA adherence and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics to optimize delivery quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• SCRUM or project management experience.
• Basic IT knowledge (architectural).
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Ability to work in a teamwork model aligned with a “one team” philosophy.

Nice to have

• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
