What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into defined project scope and tasks.
• Manage customer communication, documentation, and deliverables including design specifications and test plans.
• Collaborate with project planners to build and maintain project schedules.
• Supervise overall project budget, schedule, and manage variances throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead project team meetings, steering committees, and report status to global management.
• Ensure smooth project handover to customer service and external customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+).
• Strong ability to manage project risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.
• Experience in contract interpretation and change management.
• Ability to manage project resources and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Must be able to travel 50%+ within the United States and Canada.
• Proficiency in project management systems and reporting tools.
