FP&A Associate

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; office-based four days per week with one remote day of choice

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making.
• Model the financial impact of new markets, operating model changes, pricing strategies, and cost-of-sale initiatives.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with department heads and stakeholders.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances, and identify corrective actions.
• Manage internal OPEX cost control and collaborate on financial process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills, including financial modelling, large datasets, and business-data queries.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Progress toward or plans to pursue CIMA, ACCA/ACA, or CFA qualifications.
• Internship experience at a Big Four firm or similar environment.
