Senior Credit Risk Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Develop predictive scoring models for credit decision-making using internal, external, platform, alternative, and transaction data.
• Develop and optimize credit limits, rates, and online scoring policies.
• Evaluate product profitability and build NPV models.
• Analyze loan portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Apply machine learning and raw data to real-world lending processes and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with business teams, DWH specialists, developers, and product analysts while managing reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Understanding of machine learning and data analytics.
• Experience in lending to small and medium-sized businesses or individuals.
• Experience building NPV models and analyzing business cause-and-effect relationships.
• Professional experience with Python and SQL.
• English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate).
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a focus on measurable business impact.
