Lead, Operations & Growth (Web3): Managing Singapore outsourcing governance, regulatory processes, growth initiatives, and VIP trader relationships with an accent on MAS requirements, cross-functional execution, and customer activation. Focus on strengthening operational controls, executing local growth plans, coordinating industry events, and gathering high-signal feedback from top-tier clients.
Location: Singapore, Singapore; hybrid work with part of the week in the office and mandatory in-person onboarding

What you will do
- Own outsourcing processes, governance practices, monitoring, reporting, and SLA oversight for the Singapore entity.
- Coordinate recurring process reviews with audit, compliance, legal, risk, product, and management stakeholders.
- Lead the Singapore growth roadmap across product, marketing, local activation, and customer reactivation programs.
- Manage growth performance reviews and coordinate promotions, activations, and on-the-ground support at Token 2049 and other industry events.
- Serve as the primary contact for VIP traders, resolve issues, gather feedback, and facilitate product workshops.
- Plan VIP trader events and dinners to strengthen client relationships and loyalty.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in financial operations, growth, marketing, or client-facing roles within financial services, fintech, or crypto.
- Understanding of crypto platforms, operations, client support, and client management.
- Experience running growth plans through content, events, PR, and reactivation programs.
- Project management experience across cross-functional mandates, with a data-driven approach and comfort working with numbers.
- Ability to build strong relationships with high-value clients and communicate complex issues clearly.
- Ability to work under the Singapore hybrid policy, including regular office attendance and in-person onboarding.
Nice to have
- Experience in a crypto exchange or digital asset environment.
- Experience planning or supporting industry events such as Token 2049 or Consensus.
