Salary: $92,543.50–$125,594.75 per year

What you will do

• Document, manage, and analyze new and existing business processes to support training, redesign, and workforce-efficiency improvements.
• Analyze operational requirements, perform gap analyses, and identify where technology limits business-process execution.
• Create and maintain a requirements database linking business requirements to existing and proposed IT capabilities.
• Evaluate industry solution providers, compare alternatives, and prepare recommendations for the Program Management Office.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate product capabilities and validate proposed solutions.
• Review solution configuration changes and maintain accurate documentation of Discovery Program capabilities.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance is required.
• Experience providing business and IT systems analysis support.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, functional capabilities, and solution changes.
• Ability to conduct gap analyses, validate proposed solutions, and evaluate alternative products.
• Ability to create and execute thorough test scripts and produce clear research and analysis documentation.
