What you will do

• Document and manage new and existing business processes to support training, analysis, and redesign.
• Analyze operational business requirements and perform gap analysis for required business process modifications.
• Create and maintain a requirements database mapping business requirements to supporting capabilities.
• Assess existing capabilities against business requirements to identify technology gaps and produce an Analysis of Alternatives for PMO prioritization.
• Build and execute test scripts to evaluate the breadth and depth of capabilities and support product recommendations.
• Review solution configuration changes to ensure the Discovery Program maintains an accurate view of business capabilities.

Requirements

• Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with business process documentation and business/IT systems analysis.
• Ability to perform requirements and gap analysis and validate solutions against underlying business needs.
• Experience creating and maintaining requirements documentation (including structured databases).
• Ability to build and execute test scripts for consistent capability evaluation.
• Ability to review and assess solution configuration changes for accuracy of business capability representation.
