Business Finance Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ohio, United States, or Raleigh, North Carolina, United States.

What you will do

• Maintain project financials, including revenue recognition, cost tracking, profitability, utilization, and key financial metrics.
• Support audits and compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
• Support budgeting and forecasting for revenue and project-related costs.
• Consolidate actuals and prepare performance updates and variance analysis.
• Build and refine revenue and cost projection models using Salesforce and OpenAir data.
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI dashboards, analyze trends, and provide financial updates to management and project teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related finance roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial planning concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to enterprise tools such as Salesforce and OpenAir.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical thinking, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, and able to build trust and deliver results.
